IFS Tools for Daily Challenges
Many of us can do pretty well working with parts during sessions, and some of us can check in at least once a day with at least one part. But working with upset parts, in the heat of the moment, tends to be more difficult for many of us. In this class you will learn 4 short-cuts to helping parts when they come up during your daily life. 
February 3- Helping hurt or upset parts with the "Four H's".
February 10- Helping fearful parts using the FEAR (plus conversation) process 
February 17 - Helping relieve critical parts using the NASTY (or- Now All Safe Thank You) process
​February 24- Helping “fuzzy” parts we can’t tune in to using VAK tuning.
